1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Alanya Tours website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "We," "Our," "Us" refers to Alanya Tours
• "You," "Your" refers to the customer booking our services
• "Tour" refers to any excursion, activity, or service offered by us
• "Booking" refers to your reservation of a tour

3. Booking Process

3.1 Making a Booking

To book a tour, you must provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with your booking reference number, tour details, meeting point, pickup time (if applicable), and payment information.

3.3 Minimum Participants

Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour with full refund or offer an alternative date.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price at time of booking.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank Transfer
• Cash (in certain circumstances)

4.3 Deposit and Balance

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the tour departure. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

4.4 Additional Costs

Unless specified in the tour description, the following are not included and are at your own expense:

• Personal expenses and souvenirs
• Optional activities not listed in the itinerary
• Tips and gratuities
• Travel insurance
• Meals and drinks not specified

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking:

• 7+ days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 3-6 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before tour: No refund
• No-show: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Alanya Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:

• Insufficient bookings
• Adverse weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Force majeure events

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date at no additional cost.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Changes and Modifications

6.1 Changes by Customer

You may request changes to your booking (date, number of participants) up to 3 days before the tour, subject to availability. Changes within 3 days may incur additional charges.

6.2 Changes by Alanya Tours

We reserve the right to make minor changes to tour itineraries. If significant changes are necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.

7. Participant Requirements

7.1 Age Requirements

Age restrictions vary by tour and are specified in each tour description. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Discounted rates apply for children aged 6-17.

7.2 Health and Fitness

You must ensure you are physically fit for the tour activities. Please inform us of any health conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking.

7.3 Pregnancy

Pregnant women should consult their doctor before participating in any tour. We may restrict participation in certain activities for safety reasons.

7.4 Conduct

All participants must behave respectfully and follow guide instructions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers themselves, other participants, or staff, without refund.

8. Safety and Liability

8.1 Insurance

We maintain public liability insurance. However, we strongly recommend all participants have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alanya Tours is not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death (except where caused by our negligence)
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays or changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
• Actions of third-party service providers
• Force majeure events

8.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in tours, you acknowledge that certain activities involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

9. Travel Documents and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are current and valid. We are not responsible for inability to participate in tours due to missing documentation.

10. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such use unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

11. Lost Property

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please keep valuables secure at all times.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Pandemic or epidemic
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or labor disputes

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please inform your guide or contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve it. If unresolved, submit a written complaint to complaints@alanyatoursguide.com within 14 days of tour completion.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to such collection and use.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
